CSAN® (CLOZARIL® Support and Assistance Network) is a comprehensive support and blood monitoring program that has assured the safe use of CLOZARIL® for Canadians since 1991.

The CSAN® program is offering a way to help simplify the routine bloodwork of patients on CLOZARIL®.²

We are proud to announce the launch of CSAN® Pronto® in Canada!

CSAN® Pronto® is a point-of-care device indicated for quantitative determination of WBC and NEUT% in capillary blood or K2EDTA venous whole blood.  CSAN® Pronto® is indicated for in vitro diagnostic use only in clinical laboratory and point-of-care settings by trained healthcare professionals in adult patients. Patients’ results can be provided to your healthcare team in real time and are simultaneously auto- uploaded into your patients’ CSAN® profile using the CSAN Patient Care Portal®.1,2

The CSAN® Pronto® AUTO-CHECK Strip is a reusable strip intended to specifically verify the suitability of the CSAN® Pronto® device. Consult the CSAN® Pronto® AUTO-CHECK Strip Reference Guide prior to support its use.

Personal Protective Equipment should be worn when processing samples, quality control testing, and during maintenance procedures. During use, CSAN® Pronto® should be placed on a stable surface, free from movements and any potential vibrations. Operators are not to move the device from one location to another while in operation. CSAN® Pronto® is only to be used with CSAN® Pronto® Test Strips. CSAN® Pronto® Test Strips are single use only.1
